Warning-all butterfly
fish are very sensitive in captivity but there are many
species that refuse
to eat and die in the aquarium.
In
our experience, the following species should never be
purchased: copperband butterfly, triangle butterfly, tinkeri
butterfly,
arabian butterfly,
pelewensis butterfly. These
species are often encountered in aquarium stores so do
not
waste your money.
Purchasing marine fish that never
survive only encourage collectors
to continue to import
more of them. We do not stock these fish. |
